We're on the lookout for a PR & Content Executive to join us in a hybrid role based near Worcester. If you're a sharp writer who can craft compelling copy, pitch a cracking story, and think creatively across content formats – we want to hear from you.

• Salary £25-30k depending on experience

What you’ll do:​

​​

• Write stand-out content: press releases, blogs, features, website copy, social posts – you name it.

• Support and deliver PR strategy and campaigns.

• Conduct media outreach, build relationships with journalists, and land coverage that matters.

• Come up with creative ideas for clients in tourism, manufacturing, events, and beyond.

• Work closely with our founder to help shape and grow the agency.

What you’ll need:

​​

• Strong writing skills and a proven ability to create content that informs, engages and gets results.

• A creative mind that sees story angles and ideas in everything.

• Understanding of PR, media relations and what makes a story land.

• Organised, task-focused and capable of managing deadlines across a range of clients.

• Ideally 2–4 years' experience in a PR, content or marketing role (agency or in-house).

• Bonus points if you’ve got experience in travel, manufacturing or working with B2B sectors.
